We are a leading furniture manufacturer seeking a dynamic Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for selling our high-quality furniture, consulting with clients on design options, and maintaining the showroom with the latest trends and research. Key Responsibilities:
● Greet and assist showroom clients with product selection, including finishes and fabrics/leathers
● Work as part of a team to exceed customer expectations through outstanding customer service and sales
● Ensure fabric and leather samples are available and updated frequently throughout showroom
● Merchandise showroom to maintain dynamic settings that clients can envision in their own homes
● Keep management informed of industry trends, competitor research, consumer behaviour and observations of popular styles, fabrics, and designs
● Create visually striking showroom displays featuring a variety of style settings using your creativity and design skills
● Perform administrative support duties as needed
Other Requirements:
● Excellent eye for fabrics, leathers, patterns, and color coordination
● Strong verbal and customer service skills
● Ability to learn and use computer programs
● Fantastic sense of aesthetics and composition
● Knowledge of upholstery and decor
● Diploma in interior decorating or similar field is an asset
